AFFORDABILITY: 47 of the units are affordable to residents earning 60 percent of the area median income (AMI) and three are affordable at 30 percent AMI.
MHP FINANCING: MHP committed $1.9 million in first mortgage financing to help Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation rehab the 56 units.
