Holyoke - Memorandum of Understanding

In November, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership and MassDevelopment entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Holyoke and the Holyoke Housing Authority that outlined a series of pre-development services designed explore options for the transformation of Lyman Terrace and the neighborhood. BOSTON, Jan. 11, 2012 --- As lenders renew foreclosure activities, more than half of all properties in foreclosure are becoming bank-owned, indicating that despite low interest rates, third-party buyers in Massachusetts have little appetite for buying foreclosed properties, especially outside of Boston.
