MHP commits $1.2M to finance 10 rental units

ARLINGTON, October 14, 2008 --- Using its ability to provide long-term, fixed-rate private financing for affordable rental housing, MHP has committed $1.2 million in first and second mortgage financing to help the Housing Corporation of Arlington (HCA) acquire, rehabilitate and preserve 10 units of affordable housing.

MHP commits $2.3M for affordable housing at former church site

Patrick pledges $142 million to support affordable rental housing

BOSTON, Aug. 12, 2008 --- Governor Deval Patrick has pledged more than $142 million from state housing programs and equity leveraged from private sector investment in low-income housing tax credits to support projects that will yield 1,218 rental apartments, 1,124 of which will be affordable for low- and moderate-income residents.
