BOSTON --- Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is accepting applications for technical assistance from the 177 cities and towns subject to the state’s multifamily zoning requirement for MBTA Communities (MGL Chapter 40A, Section 3A).

WALTHAM --- Developers, state and local officials, advocates and funders donned hard hats and picked up shovels in celebration of Leland House, an affordable housing development for seniors.

BOSTON --- MHP will select two to three communities for the affordable housing trust technical assistance program, which provides concentrated guidance for approximately 10 months to either assist in the creation of a municipal affordable housing trust or support an existing affordable housing trust.
