CAMBRIDGE, Dec. 16, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $2.82 million in permanent rental financing to help non-profit developer Homeowner's Rehab, Inc. construct 40 units of affordable rental housing on Putnam Avenue in Cambridge.

FALMOUTH, Nov. 30, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $950,000 in permanent rental financing to help Affirmative Investments, Inc. and the Falmouth Housing Corporation construct 39 units of affordable rental housing in the eastern section of Falmouth.

SOMERVILLE, November 2, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $1.66 million in permanent rental financing to help the Somerville Community Corporation construct 29 units of affordable rental housing in Somerville.

HOPKINTON, Oct. 22, 2010 --- State and local officials gathered this morning to officially mark the beginning of construction of Mayhew Court, a 12-unit affordable rental housing development for families that is being developed by the Hopkinton Housing Authority and financed with private and public funds.
