BOSTON --- MHP Executive Director Clark Ziegler presented a summary on housing supply in Massachusetts to to the state legislature's Joint Committee on Housing this morning, which convened to hear testimony on a proposed bill that will allow the Commonwealth to build the housing it needs to meet demand and grow its economy.

AMHERST --- Amherst Town Manager John Musante, whose town was recognized by MHP for its outstanding work in affordable housing, passed away suddenly over the weekend. He was 53.

BOSTON --- The Citizens' Housing and Planning Association will honor MHP Deputy Director and General Counsel Judith S. Jacobson with a Community Service Award at its 48th annual dinner and meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Fixed and variable rate products, forward rate locks give borrowers more options

BOSTON --- To increase its ability to help borrowers create and preserve affordable rental housing, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) announced today that it has expanded its relationship with Fannie Mae and is now offering Fannie Mae's full suite of multifamily affordable financing programs.
