Home at Tenney Place like hitting lottery

HAVERHIILL --- Julio Quinones has been playing the lottery his whole adult life but hasn’t won much. So when he saw an ad in the paper for a housing lottery, he thought, “I’m not going to win that one.” But this time, he did and now he and his family are happy at Tenney Place.
