BOSTON, Feb. 2, 2017 --- MHP's Center for Housing Data has commissioned a study that will identify and evaluate practical policy options for developing a funding mechanism that would redirect some revenues generated from new development back to communities to defray muncipal costs of allowing new housing.

LAWRENCE --- The grand opening of 73 new apartment at Duck Mill was a chance for Lawrence Community Works to show how much pride it takes in trying to make the city a better place.

PITTSFIELD --- MHP continued its support of rental housing in Pittsfield, this time using its Treasury Risk Share Program to provide a 40-year, low-interest loan to support Marathon Development Group’s efforts to fix, stabilize and ensure affordability of New Amsterdam Apartments for years to come.

BOSTON --- MHP and our co-sponsors are pleased to bring back the much requested Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and lottery training this spring. ​MIDDLEBORO --- In its heyday, the three-story wood-framed shoe factory on Peirce Street stood proudly next to the neighborhood’s single-family homes, employing a hundred workers. Now, it's been preserved as affordable housing development called Shoe Shop Place.
