Stony Brook Village adds needed affordable housing near opportunity

Stony Brook Village was developed from a vision that MHP's Rita Farrell and Housing Authority Director Chris Pude had for vacant town land. Common Ground finished 15 family apartments in 2005 and an additional 31 family apartments in 2016.
