BOSTON, Jan. 3, 2018 --- A new website – Housing Toolbox for Massachusetts Communities – has been launched to help local officials and volunteers provide more affordable housing opportunities. Developed by MHP and CHAPA, housingtoolbox.org is a one-stop resource to help municipalities execute effective housing strategies.

FRAMINGHAM --- Forty-two local officials from 23 communities attended a training on Monday, Nov. 27, to learn more about Ch. 40B, the state’s comprehensive land use permit law.

BOSTON --- An analysis by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership in conjunction with the state’s key housing agencies shows that the House tax reform bill currently under consideration would reduce affordable housing production and preservation in Massachusetts by approximately 69 percent.
