MHP helps HCA acquire 18 units of rental housing

ARLINGTON, October 5, 2006 --- For the second time in two years, MHP has puts its bank-funded loan pool to work in Arlington, committing over $1 million in financing to help the Housing Corporation of Arlington purchase and preserve 18 units of rental housing.

LOWELL, June 16, 2006 ---- Using its ability to provide long-term financing to affordable housing developers at below-market interest rates, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) announced today that it is committing $16 million to a local non-profit organization for the refinancing and renovation of North Canal Apartments.
