BOSTON, Sept. 24, 2015 --- A topping off ceremony was held today to mark the progress of Mosaic on the Riverway, an 11-story, 145-unit mixed-income development in Mission Hill in the heart of the Longwood Medical Area.

FALMOUTH --- The grand opening of Notantico Woods was not just an opportunity to celebrate the first affordable housing development ever built in the village of Woods Hole, but also a chance to remember the legacy of Bob Murray, who created and preserved scores of affordable homes as executive director of the Falmouth Housing Corporation (FHC) before passing away in 2013.

AMHERST --- Amherst Town Manager John Musante, whose town was recognized by MHP for its outstanding work in affordable housing, passed away suddenly over the weekend. He was 53.

BOSTON --- The Citizens' Housing and Planning Association will honor MHP Deputy Director and General Counsel Judith S. Jacobson with a Community Service Award at its 48th annual dinner and meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Fixed and variable rate products, forward rate locks give borrowers more options
