LAWRENCE, Jan. 7, 2011 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $1.45 million in permanent rental financing to help Winn Development construct 75 units of rental housing on Broadway in Lawrence.

CAMBRIDGE, Dec. 16, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $2.82 million in permanent rental financing to help non-profit developer Homeowner's Rehab, Inc. construct 40 units of affordable rental housing on Putnam Avenue in Cambridge.

FALMOUTH, Nov. 30, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $950,000 in permanent rental financing to help Affirmative Investments, Inc. and the Falmouth Housing Corporation construct 39 units of affordable rental housing in the eastern section of Falmouth.

BOSTON (DORCHESTER), November 9, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $600,000 in permanent rental financing to help the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC) construct 24 units of affordable rental housing in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston.

SOMERVILLE, November 2, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $1.66 million in permanent rental financing to help the Somerville Community Corporation construct 29 units of affordable rental housing in Somerville.

BOSTON, Oct. 25, 2010 - The US Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund has awarded the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) a $4 million grant that will help secure hundreds of millions of dollars in affordable rental housing financing for Massachusetts.
