$2M Fannie Mae loan helps Garden Park Mgt. preserve property & affordability for years to come

​SPRINGFIELD --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) announced today that is has made a $2 million Fannie Mae loan to Garden Park Management to ensure the long-term affordability of Bel-Air Homes.

​FRAMINGHAM, March 4, 2016 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) announced today that it has been awarded a three-year grant to support municipal affordable housing trusts.

3 workshops co-sponsored by MHP, MassHousing, DHCD, CHAPA, and FHLBB

​BOSTON -- After several successful workshops on Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and lotteries this fall, MHP has expanded the post-development occupancy series to include three all-day sessions on determining income and eligibility for applicants of affordable housing.

Workshop scheduled for March 4, 2016 in Framingham

BOSTON --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is co-hosting a workshop on the Community Preservation Act (CPA) and how its funds can be used to create affordable housing. The workshop will be held on Friday, March 4 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Plymouth Church, 87 Edgell Road, Framingham, MA 01701.

BOSTON --- MHP's Judy Jacobson and Clark Ziegler will participate in a panel discussion on housing growth and the economy on Thursday, Jan. 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency, One Avenue de Lafayette, Boston.
