BOSTON, April 4, 2007 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership has committed a first mortgage loan of $256,700 and a deferred-payment second mortgage loan of $750,000 to help Lawrence Community Works rehabilitate 11 affordable apartments on Farnham Street in South Lawrence.

SPRINGFIELD, March 14, 2007 --- A fifteen-year effort between MHP and the city of Springfield continues to pay off, as 88 units of affordable family housing will be rehabilitated with help from a $1.1 million first-mortgage loan commitment from MHP.
