WORCESTER, April 26, 2002 --- The celebration marked the renovation of 98 Austin Street, a historic Greek revival home that had fallen into disrepair. It is one of two buildings on the street scheduled to be renovated into affordable rental housing. MHP is providing $860,000 in permanent financing.

HYANNIS, April 24, 2002 --- MHP is providing permanent financing for Aunt Sarah's Place. A former boarding house, the building has been completely renovated and now features one-room, studio and single room apartments within walking distance of downtown Hyannis.
