BOSTON, May 14, 2003 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership is committing $4.8 million in permanent financing toward the rehabilitation of the Dartmouth Hotel in Dudley Square.

PROVINCETOWN, May 2, 2003 --- At the end of the Cape, where single-family home prices average $450,000 and a one bedroom can rent for as much as $10,000 a summer, residents and housing advocates gathered to celebrate the redevelopment of the old A&P grocery story site into 18 units of affordable rental housing.

WORCESTER, April 25, 2003 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership is committing $415,000 in financing for the rehabilitation of an abandoned building into five affordable apartments, pushing its lending total for small-scale rental housing in the city to $6 million since 1996.

GROTON, April 23, 2007 --- State and local leaders will gather on Wednesday, May 9 to celebrate the grand opening of nine new affordable apartments, created under the town's inclusionary zoning bylaw. MHP provided early technical assistance and then committed $778,000 in first- and second- mortgage financing.

NORTHAMPTON, February 6, 2003 --- Construction has begun on a project that will add 10 new affordable apartments in Northampton. An additional 14 nearby apartments will be rehabilitated. MHP provided technical assistance and is providing $1.8 million in permanent financing.

ALLSTON, December 19, 2002 --- Although the celebration focused on what has been preserved, there was excitement about the Allston-Brighton Community Development Corporation's next effort - the creation of 62 new affordable units elsewhere in this neighborhood located near the Mass. Pike and minutes from Harvard and BU.
