Grand-opening celebration commemorates life of founding board member Ray Dooley

BOSTON, April 18, 2007 --- Housing and neighborhood leaders past and present gathered on Glenville Avenue in Allston earlier this month to celebrate the grand opening of Ray Dooley Apartments, a 59-unit affordable rental housing effort named after the longtime former budget director for Mayor Ray Flynn.

BOSTON, April 4, 2007 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership has committed a first mortgage loan of $256,700 and a deferred-payment second mortgage loan of $750,000 to help Lawrence Community Works rehabilitate 11 affordable apartments on Farnham Street in South Lawrence.

BOSTON, Jan. 24, 2007 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) has committed $1.56 million to First Resource Development Company to support the restoration of Worthington Commons, a 12-building apartment complex in Springfield.
