BOSTON --- It’s understandable why the Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (POAH) has been an important partner of MHP for more than two decades. Its mission “to preserve, create, and sustain affordable, healthy homes that support economic security, racial equity, and access to opportunity for all” aligns with MHP’s objectives.

CAMBRIDGE --- It was a celebration of thoughtful development at the grand opening of a new affordable housing complex in Cambridge’s bustling Porter Square neighborhood on August 1, 2023.

BOSTON --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) has released a report that encourages bold changes in state policy to chart a course to a future where people can afford to stay in Massachusetts and make it their home.

BOSTON --- MHP will offer three, 50-minute, virtual trainings on Thursday, September 21, 2023 to support local affordable housing efforts. The trainings are geared toward those involved with affordable housing trust funds and communities interested in establishing a housing trust.
