NORWOOD --- MHP provided a project eligibility letter and $15 million in financing to help Campanelli-Thorndike transform part of the old Polaroid campus into 263 mixed-income apartments. The development was built with a Ch. 40B comprehensive land use permit issued by the Town of Norwood.
