CHELMSFORD --- With the housing authority reportedly poised to bid on the property, the public foreclosure auction for 16 low-income senior apartment units scheduled for Friday, July 9 was cancelled at the last minute when the owner of the Brianna Lyn apartments apparently reached an agreement with his bank.

Concord: Developer set to break ground on 350-unit project

CONCORD --- Developers of a 350-unit affordable housing development in West Concord recently announced that they will most likely be breaking ground on the project in a few weeks. When completed, the rental project will consist of one and two bedroom apartments with 88 units set aside for lower-income renters.
