With the new zoning requirement for MBTA communities, many people are asking what is an MBTA community? Below are maps that show the 175 MBTA communities. To support this new law, MHP has launched the Complete Neighborhoods Initiative, a three-pronged effort to help communities comply and build more housing that is near transit and/or mobile friendly.
