BOSTON --- The state Department of Housing and Community Development and MHP have put together a compliance timeline for 175 communities that are subject to the state's new zoning requirement for MBTA communities. To support this law, MHP has launched the Complete Neighborhoods Initiative, a three-pronged effort to help communities build more housing that is near transit and/or mobile friendly.
