In the wake of the COVID-19 health emergency, MHP has rescheduled all of its spring workshops and conferences. Below are the new dates and how to register.
As these new dates draw near, MHP will follow public health guidance regarding public gatherings and will adjust accordingly. In the meantime, everyone at MHP wishes you, your family and colleagues good health during this challenging time. We hope to see you at our fall trainings.
Trust & CPA Conference
When: Oct. 17, 2020
Where: Courtyard by Marriott, 75 Felton Street, Marlborough, MA
What: A day long training for Members of Affordable Housing Trust and Community Preservation Committee (CPC) boards and staff that support trusts and CPCs to learn about affordable housing development from three key perspectives: lender, developer and municipality
How: If you already registered, your name will remain on the registration list unless you reach out to us. You will not be required to re-register for the new date. Otherwise, registration will reopen closer to the event.
14th Annual Housing Institute
When: Nov. 18-19, 2020
Where: SpringHill Suites at Devens Common Center, 31 Andrews Pkwy, Devens, MA
What: Geared toward officials, volunteers and employees in suburban and rural communities, this two-day intensive conference engages participants in discussion and problem-solving activities related to affordable housing development.
How: Registration will likely open in early September.
Western Mass. Housing Conference
When: Feb. 11, 2021
Where: Hadley Farms Meeting House, 41 Russell St., Hadley, MA
What: A one-day conference geared towards municipal staff, official, and volunteers, CDCs, regional planning agencies, and local advocates focused on rural and small town housing challenges and opportunities in Central and Western MA regions.
How: If you already registered, your name will remain on the registration list unless you reach out to us. You will not be required to re-register for the new date. Otherwise, registration will reopen closer to the event.
