BOSTON --- A workshop on how to determine income and eligibility for applicants of affordable housing apartments not financed with tax credits will be held on Thursday, Oct. 25.
The workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at MassHousing, One Beacon St., Boston, MA. To sign up, register here.
Led by Jen Borland of Spectrum Enterprises, this session is designed for potential and current lottery/monitoring agents, non-profit rental owners and managers, municipal and regional housing staff, and rental management staff.
Attendees of the workshop will receive a certification of attendance. This certification will meet the qualifications of most organizations to conduct affordable homeownership and rental lotteries and lease-ups.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Cost to attend is $125. Participants will receive a training binder and certificate of attendance.
