Blue Hills Bank makes homebuying possible in metro Boston

BOSTON --- June is National Homeownership Month and the Massachusetts Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage Program is celebrating it by highlighting the efforts of key lenders and nonprofit partners who have helped low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers purchase their first home.

Today’s lender spotlight is on Blue Hills Bank.

So far in FY2016, Blue Hills Bank has closed 41 ONE Mortgage Loans totaling over $10.6 million in private financing. The average income of the buyers who bought their first home with a ONE Mortgage loan from Blue Hills Bank is $64,432.

Blue Hills is the second highest ONE Mortgage lender in the City of Boston.
