BOSTON --- As part of its ongoing effort to provide intensive affordable housing training for local officials and volunteers, MHP is hosting its 18th Housing Institute. The conference will be in person on Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the DCU Center's Convention Center in Worcester. Registration opens in April.
Boston ---The Healey-Driscoll Administration today announced the third round of funding awards under the Climate Ready Housing program. The program is led by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, in collaboration with Massachusetts Housing Partnership, MassHousing, and Local Initiatives Support Corporation Massachusetts (LISC MA). Third Round of Climate Ready Housing Funding Awards Will Support Deep Energy Retrofits and Cost Savings in nearly 1,000 Affordable Housing Homes.

LYNN -- Program launches with more than $11 million in public and private support from the Commonwealth, the Boston Foundation’s Racial Wealth Gap Partnership, and Eastern Bank and the Eastern Bank Foundation.
BOSTON --- Close to 6,000 Massachusetts homeowners who were seriously delinquent on their mortgages received assistance from MHP through the Massachusetts Homeowner Assistance Fund (Mass HAF) program.
BOSTON -- After 14 months of work, MHP is thrilled that “Building for Tomorrow: A report from the Unlocking Housing Production Commission” was released last week. This report, authored by experts across various fields, is the next step in increasing the supply of housing and lowering costs for residents of the Commonwealth.
